What is Reiki and how does it work?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that channels universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands to restore balance in the body, mind, and spirit. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports natural healing.
Do I need prior experience to join Tai Chi or Reiki classes?
No experience is required! Our programs are designed for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. You’ll be guided step by step by our instructor, Sushant Gadroo.
How many sessions will I need to feel the benefits?
Most people feel relaxed and recharged after their very first session. However, for deeper transformation and long-term benefits, regular practice is recommended.
